To be lean and ripped you have to be in a calorific deficit but to have a muscular physique you have to be in a calorific surplus, keep this in mind that these Hollywood celebrities are paid a huge amount of money to look like this and they look like this only for a particular movie. Some people are genetically gifted to stay lean for the rest of their life because of their fast metabolism but for some people it is hard but not impossible. Brad Pitt in Fight club maintained a body fat percentage of 5 per cent just for that movie schedule and after that he started eating normal. It’s all about the abs, just compare his abs and you will understand what I am talking about as he is not that muscular in The Fight Club when compared with the Troy physique.

You have to be very lean that is you have to be at 5 to 6 percent body fat to achieve this look and you have to be in a calorie deficit but you will be lifting heavy weights in reverse pyramid training style on a 3 day split program to maintain that muscle mass you have by giving your body enough time to recover as you are eating in a deficit. Being in a calorie deficit it is best to do a 3 day split so that you are not tiring your central nervous system. Look at his abs, it’s so well defined and ripped,that is all because of the low body fat percentage.

Follow the Tyler Durden’s workout and fat loss technique to reach 5 percent body fat and from there start to increase your calorific intake by 100 each week, this extra calorie you add each week will help you to put on muscle mass on that lean body giving you that GREEK GOD LOOK. Make sure to measure your weight every week and stop increasing calorie intake after reaching 8 percent body fat and then continue eating at that calorie level to maintain that 8 per cent body fat.
